LIKELY DIAGNOSIS
A 53yrs old female develope gradual onset of swelling of left lower limb for 7days, no hx of trauma, no hx of sustained injury prior onset,the sweling is generalized and painful,she has been experiencing pain on such limb since september this year. O/E Swolen lower left limb from ventral left foot to knee joint with normal,small rupture vesicles not draining pus,tender on palpation pitting grade ++, Other sytems revealed normal. What could be likely Diagnosis? Give its Management to this pt?
